I bought field pass earlier today.. you guys took my $ but I don’t have my 20% discount, no autoplay, and I’m not getting rewards for cleaning FP tiers. Can you please check my account and fix this asap??? Ugh

    I am having the same problem with my alt team. My last response from CS was that I purchased field pass after it had already expired, which is just absolute bullshit. I missed out on leveling discount, full game autoplays (on bonus game day), and my milestone rewards. This is called “fraud” in any country.

    After multiple tickets, and waiting 5 days, I received some compensation for last week. However, I am still out all of the milestone rewards I should have earned from reaching milestones 1 through 6. Waiting on a response back on that now
