VIP Subscriber Reward

Hello all! Those of you that are VIPs, I received the VIP reward earlier today. I saw a couple hours ago, on the forum, that the Subscriber Reward was issued. I have not gotten the email nor the Subscriber Reward. I sent an email to CS. Anyone else in the same boat?

    i'm not a vip but i think it may have to do with actually subscribing to the vip newsletter. are you subscribed to it? it's not automatically done for you

    I got the reward but don’t think I got the email yet unless I accidentally deleted it.

    I am subscribed to the email.  I have noticed in the past that their monthly newsletter is always in the junk email folder. I have accidentally deleted it before, before restoring it.

    CS contacted me and told me I got it now. I re opened the app and there it was. Thank you!

    I never get the email but always get the reward 🤷🏻‍♂️
