Why is LL Jose Abreu not included in the bonus points?

  I think the why is pretty obvious.  Another push towards buying more boxes.  Again this goes along the line of them not technically doing anything wrong, but it comes across as slimy and deceitful.  Technically he is a "bonus player" but not by himself.
