Stuck at 37% Loading

Says "Unable to start the game, please make sure you're not using anonymous proxies and not running the game on jailbroken device" I just reinstalled with a new phone and tried pulling over my old save game...

    Were you able to start the game as a new player without logging in ? If so, you are likely still logged into your account on the old phone. I believe this means deleting the app on the old phone (I don’t know of any other way to log out) if possible. If not possible or that doesn’t work then you will need to contact Customer Service. Good luck !

    Yes - I logged in, synced and then it wouldn't load. I don't have the old device anymore so hopefully they can help
