hello, so my team with suspended for no good reason. Literally played for 3-4 years, spent, and been active. Now they took my team and I can't get pts or rewards. I'm exploring the possibility of small claims courtgiven I spent, and don't have access to it and it is because they used faulty detection methods to ID me. If anyone has similar issues share them

Good Luck. Personally I’d be embarrassed to approach a legal firm with a complaint with a mobile game developer in which you voluntarily devoted your time and money into. There is absolutely zero profitability on the user side of this (unlike with casinos). Suck it up. Deal with CS. That’s as far as you will get.

If it makes you feel any better, everyone here is a sucker like you. I realized months ago what this was, accepted it, and am making the most of what is left of this year.

If you do a little research, you will quickly find that you are not alone in your suffering. This is a very common practice with this group. Problem is, you agreed to terms and conditions upon playing the game.  When you did that, along with paying them to screw you (eventually), you essentially gave them the legal right to treat you like trash. There isn't a damn thing you can do about this. I have no doubt if you hit the right places you could get enough folks to go in with you, but the only thing you would get out of it is paying a lawyer.

TL:DR; You signed an agreement, paid, and became one of many customers to get bent over. Do better research next time.

Yes, we are aware of the game having crashing issues in the middle of WoH, but we can't compensate you for the gold you lost at this time. This is done on a case by case basis. - TSB Customer Service

Call Lionel Hutz, Esq. - he's an excellent lawyer and would be happy to represent you.

He's well known for the class action lawsuit for fraudulent advertising against the film "The Neverending Story"
