How to change password

Maybe someone experienced the same problem and found a way to fix it. My password doesn’t work for TSB 20 and I’ve tried to reset it. Customer service says they reset my account and I can change my password word now when I log in. Problem is there’s no where to log out so I can can log back in

    GLU needs to unlock your account first. Then you need to change password in TSB19, then open TSB20 and log into “existing” account with correct email and changed password. Remember to look in email junk/spam for any temp password they send. 
    My brother went through this and is now linked. I’m still waiting. BTW: took 3 days for GLU rep to unlock and another day for them to mention 19’ version password reset. Hope this helps... Imagine a lot of confused and angry users in same boat ✌🏼
