Yes this is a common issue. Closing the game completely and relaunching has been known to address it. Otherwise you can work with the offer wall on missing rewards to get them back. Definitely be sure to take screenshots if you can.

Are you on the most recent version? If not, be sure to install it before opening the game. If you are, and you're still having trouble you can submit a Customer Care ticket or wait for the next update.
