Thanks for the comments. I have found that getting a player is truly random and doesn’t follow the reported odds at all.

I got that message for about 8 months in 2018. Got quicker responses from customer service but not VIP. Think it puts you on the watch list. What you need to do to move from there to VIP, your guess is as good as mine.

These have been used in the past the past to obtain players in the Moments. They have not been used for most of this year.

CVC is reasonable. Still the scoring is inconsistent. I will take CVC over Clash any day. Clash is more like a crap shoot - it doesn’t matter how good your team is, it could still perform like crap against the sub 40 rated legend pitchers.

Check thx heck the Specials section by tapping on the “+” sign at the top right of the main screen. The specials change all the time. The specials are also advertised regularly.

Glu has done a good job keeping the 2019 game very similar to the 2018 game. My only real disappointment has been the outrageous cost of developing and leveling up the Keepers. Leveling up to gold will be a necessity at some point. I recommended preparing for the job to gold by stockpiling your resources (gold, cash and evo) so you can max as many players right away.

The VIPs in my club have no idea why they were made VIPs. One plays regularly, but is not active on social media. The other is active on social media but swears he spends very little on the game. No help there figuring out the magic formula.

I am going to wait and see what happens with the players offered in future boxes. If the player maxes increase I will probably go to gold. I suggest to wait until you have enough gold and evo to get most of your players to gold when you move up.

I have experienced a different type of glitch. I bought the Rising Stars bundle (18 boxes for $20). I opened 9 boxes and the remaining boxes and one of the players I got (3 star pitcher, yea) all disappeared. Contacted Glu. Doubt if anything comes of it though
