I’ve played daily since it was beta in 15. I go nuts on offers and videos. I’ve never spent a dime on this game in all the years. I’m active in forums, and I’ve already spent 68k gold in 19. Unfortunately, I think the biggest factor is real money spent.
I’m the same. All 5 star, silver level 6, all guys capped and their skills to plus 9. (10 requires pxp). I can’t win more than 2 and I’m constantly playing gold teams. This is glu’s way of trying to force you to go gold. I’m not gonna do it because I can cycle woh 5-7 times now without even using a video restart.
Are we sure this isn’t 19? This would be a huge deal and get glu in some deep poop if this is 18! I’m sure several folks have screenshot this and sent angry CS requests! Lol
I have to bake the tough call often to trade in one of my long term builds just to have enough bxp to get the bonus player of the day to a decent level so I can compete for one day. It’s tough
I spent 33k gold this weekend and wasted the last 3k on silly stuff thinking no good boxes were coming. Mad at myself, my catcher is the one player on my team that’s sub 300, been wanting a good one for months.
This is the last time I’m writing them. I’m not even mad anymore, really just more upset that this game I’ve been loyal to for 3 years is going down a road that WILL lead to its demise.
One that probably doesn’t get addressed enough is achievements. I’ve played 6 or 7 thousand games and unlocked pretty much every possible achievement reward...but the jump to impossible is pretty much literally exactly as the name states. There should be a bridge for that gap. Would incentivize spending, and add one more…
glu doesn’t listen, glu doesn’t care. They are seriously alienating a loyal fan base of casual and extreme players. This is not a model for sustainable business success, YOU DO NOT KEEP THE CUSTOMER IN A CONSTANT STATE OF DISAPPOINTMENT! It would almost make it better if their customer service was not not quite literally…
I had the same issue, but I saw somewhere (not Twitter) that they announced 2x potm and 150k cash...may have been in a ticket I started. Looking now, but I’m sure all of us are safe, everyone I know got 2, a few got 3.

There have been known issues recently, and while frustrating for sure, as mentioned above, they have thousands of folks to get to and though it’s not right, I’m sure some of them are trying to cheat the system, so they really need to look a little deeper into issues to ensure all is…
