yeah, the prices are pretty crazy. i haven't spent a dollar on the game, but i might've if it was cheaper to get gold.

santana is the best leadoff hitter, but using him will remove v-mart's 9/8 bat from the lineup (the third best hitter in the whole game). that's too steep a price, IMO. that's why i prefer altuve to lead off.

my game is already pretty laggy with just over 500 inactives. this drafting strategy that requires drafting ~800 players before getting into the good players probably would crash my game/prevent me from making edits.

i'm curious, how has bumgarner done for you? have you noticed a difference between his performance against humans and computer?

a simple fix for this problem is allowing us to drop individual players rather than having to remove all inactives at once.

i feel like i'd have bumgarner in my starting 5 even though i've faced him and came away unimpressed. unless he totally gets battered, i think my giants homerism will keep him in the rotation. i hope he gets upgraded to 9 stuff.

why dickerson over harrison? also why would altuve hit second? that's pretty annoying and nonsensical. this game really needs to let us edit our own lineups. it's weird such a simple feature isn't available.

i can't say for sure. but the 200 gold tournament is great because if you win it, you literally make all your 200 gold back. i have a high win percentage for that tournament, so it really doesn't cost me much at all.
