Incorrectly billed for Five-Tool box?

I just noticed I was billed for this sub although I canceled it around 2 weeks ago. And to make matters worse, I was billed on March 18th and don't even have the subscription active on my account?! Has this happened to anyone else?

    i got billed for something on march 20. i’m waiting to see if actually posts before i squawk. it was for $15-$16. something like that.
