My Club Bonus Points players not working-NEED HELP

I just got Michael Conforto out of a "One Two, One Two Box", and for some reason the check mark isn't showing up next to the name. I figured I would play a prime game to see if it would work but still no points are being added to the clubs points. Anybody from Glu or the discussion board have any ideas?

Only the foil (320 max) version is a bonus player today.

If you scroll all the way down on the bonus points tab, it just says prime games and Conforto is the last player on that menu. It doesn't say foil or anything there, though.

Look at the graphic.  The 315-max version does not have the purple in the background.
