Leveling up team

Hello, 

I was curious if winning a tournament game was the only way to level up your team. I am 1 level away from gold. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Match me games and bonus games also do it.  Basically everything but prime games

Even tho u hit ur max games in silver doesn't mean you have to move up rite away... The playoff games will pop up but it won't force you up if u don't play them. Also if u don't win the playoffs for whatever reason, then it kicks u back down games and u have to win a couple more games to hit playoffs again
