Lowest Rated Players

Who are the lowest rated batters and pitchers in the game?
My lowest batters are Lewis Brinson (40, 2, 51) and Mike Gerber (40, 15, 31).
My lowest RPs are Tim Peterson (27, 13, 45) and Caleb Frare (40, 20, 40).

    This is the only 1* I have currently, but he's pretty awful.  I did have a 1* Bradley Zimmer that was 29 overall, but I don't remember his ratings.

    His batting average is about as good as the odds we get on FOIL players.

    You are giving GLU too much credit on the foil odds...

    +1 on Cozart.
    My ML is a SS too, so he's awesome for season mode playoffs.
    Keepers: Ruth/Posada/Paige. ML is SS (RHP/RHP) - I went Platinum June 17
