CVC and Field Pass

With the reduced points scoring system (to prevent ties I assume), are we going to get a break on FP reward levels?  I'm on level 9, never gonna hit level 10 at this rate...
I recall this happened last year and they made everyone whole since they didn't think about it prior.  Here we are again...
