Fan reward reset!

Did anyone else fan reward reset back to zero? I was only at the 2500 tier And I got everything but just wondering if it happened to anyone else.

    Happened to me several times last game and I never got it resolved, but no not yet this game.

    I wish my fan reward would reset back to zero after hitting 2500!
    I'm confused by what you mean by 5.7 and 5.8.  You mean the round and level?
