Priority to a Players' favorite teams via Pennants

I feel as though the way Pennants are invested should be more strongly utilized as a way to gage a TSB players' gift influence, if you will...
In layman's terms, I'm saying that if I've invested most of my pennants into the Yankees, Braves, Dodgers, that you guys can do a better job of allowing us to receive players that coincide or match those teams. Especially can be days for VIP members ... But I think it's a worthwhile idea to take a look at.
