New Phone Team Transfer

Hi, I just got a new phone and I wanted to switch everything from my account over to my new phone. I contacted CS and this is the response I received back from them. Do I really need to let them know everyone on my roster? That just seems unnecessary. Can’t they see my account already?

    Yes you do.  They just want to confirm it is your team.  It’s a rather smooth procedure and I am grateful for that.
    I'm confused by what you mean by 5.7 and 5.8.  You mean the round and level?
