Event sets of all "regular" players

Despite the frustration of pulling regular players that won't make rosters and don't contribute many club points, I understand why they are in boxes. If boxes only contained monster players, it'd be too easy to score points, or they'd have to make the boxes way more expensive.
A twist I'd like to see is making a club points set of all "regular" players, for a few reasons:
It'd be make pulling regular players slightly more exciting as they wouldn't be worthless
It would make for interesting roster and resource decisions. Do you level and play prime players worth more individually, or use all rxp players to get bonus points while sitting prime players.
