FP Compensation

Can someone explain to me why the compensation for the Field Pass screw ups are so all over the place?

A clubmate and I with the same weekly Field Passes for massively different compensation for this.  He received over double the amount of LXP back, and (10) extra boxes than I did.

Im baffled.  We purchased the same product, and had the same problems.  Why?

Can you look in to this?  I've confirmed with a couple others now that they received the same compensation as other forum members have posted, but I'm still here fighting CS

I'll see what guidance I can get.  i was the one that reported the issue, but as it was over the weekend, that was all I could do at the time as it was getting fixed.
