Leveling Strategy

Should we be using BXP only to level our offensive keepers only for now?
And use cash to level our offensive keepers' skills?
Should we use gold at all this early?
Keepers: Ruth/Posada/Paige. ML is SS (RHP/RHP) - I went Platinum June 17
