promotion?

im using ipad 16gb with 5gig free and a mini withe same, tsb 19 crashed only about 150 times a day, tsb 20 is better; it only crashes and ALWAYS crashes on playoff games, im stuck on rookie seemngly forever on both accounts, so no club clashes so no progression, no real team building, only meaningless prime and bonus games, yes i can get tons of gold but i can do nothing with it. I have however not paid Glu actual money so maybe thats why im stuck, anyone else in this state?
