Any idea why some were able to collect beyond level 15 and others weren’t? All my tickets carried over but mine stopped at level 15, but I’m level 17 in 19? I know someone who was able to collect up to level 21.

    The correct answer is to update the app. Didn’t know there was one. Carry on.
