Correct @DFBB I believe silver will be about 1200 GP when u start seeing gold teams. After that it will just get worse and worse.
Unfortunately that number is far fewer, my last 100 BGs last night and 70+ of them were against gold teams albeit very bad gold teams.  I have about 800ish games played so far, of which about a 6th of them are season mode games and I have around 600-610 wins (the exact number I can’t remember off the top of my head).

I see silver teams at B6 with only 80 games played. In fact, once I hit 70 games played (68-2) I started losing.

My W-L % took a beating yesterday in bonus games. Tough matchups even on wins so not that many bonus points. I’m 41k silver 3 with 600 wins. Do the matchups matter this year as you progress thru silver ? Thanks.

Matchups even suck for prime games. Facing better pitchers than I have. Either my so-so pitchers get lit and I lose, or win a low scoring squeaker and hardly generate any bonus points. Done for the weekend if it doesn’t improve. Am I just in progress no mans land or are the prime matchups harder ?

Even at Gold it's not the cakewalk you would assume. It seems they are doing more to make sure you are matched with similar, or at least reasonable team strengths. I can usually run my streak of 6 wins, but only 1-2 of those will I score double digits.

I am at 900 total (silver) and have been seeing gold for a while.
