I got Hollywood hills box and maybe 10,000 cash (coins?). I think he thought I was playing a different game. I have looked for further clarification and haven’t received anything since.
It has happened to me a couple times. If I force-close, and reopen after a minute or two, they are available again. They seem to get slower, the longer the app is continuously open.
It has been working for me since about 8 last night. The problem I have is the complete lack of acknowledgement of this issue. I opened a ticket with customer service and basically got the middle finger response. They said that it was their 3rd party sponsors fault and that closing an reopening the app will fix it. It didn’t fix it as the problem was widespread. So once again they refuse to address a problem with the game. We don’t report these bugs for the fun of it. They could actually take these tickets and try to improve the game for their customers. Instead the problems are blown off and never fixed, making it more frustrating for all of us.
I don't know but so far this season it seems CS is a little more on the ball and more transparent than previous years. I have never seen a response like that about videos before. My jaw about dropped to the floor. Kudos Customer service team. I hope this continues and keeps improving!
Consider yourself lucky. I’ve had multiple interactions with them this year and it’s been the same as before. Close your app, check your WiFi, free up memory, it’s not our fault. At least in your case, the person responding took the time to address the issue.
