    Much more desirable skill, if there is such a thing for a reliever. I'd never bother with RP skills unless you want boosted team strength for bragging rights only.

    The only RP skill I would even consider is Late-Inning.  Then again, I tend to ignore pitcher skills altogether most of the time.

    If someone can prove skill stats upgraded on a pitcher LMK, let alone a RP. That’s really just Team Strength and nothing more

    LI does activate, or at least it did in '19.  I did a few manual plays to see.  No screenshots, but I did see it.
