Robinson Extra Bases Event Rewards Question

Did you guys get your rewards? I'm kind of new to this game and confused as to when the rewards show up and when to go redeem them. Is there a limited window that I can claim it? If there is why is it so early? Lol.

I got through tier 5 so I'd like the draft picks/gold I earned, but when I go to Extra Bases it just says there is no upcoming extra bases event.

    Yes.  There is a limited collection window.  I am not sure when the most recent one closed.  They are usually overnight events, but this one was during the day, for some reason. 

    You can try to contact CS, and explain that you missed collecting your rewards.  Good luck.

    There is a short window of time to collect your reward. If you’re just checking now, it’s expired. You can contact CS and see if they’ll give you a one time courtesy reward

    I set alarms to collect extra bases, CVC, CVC season rewards, etc. Otherwise, I would miss a lot of them.
    Keepers: Ruth/Posada/Paige. ML is SS (RHP/RHP) - I went Platinum June 17
