Is TSB down?? April 21 9:30 PM EST

App won't load on either my phone or my son's phone. Gets to 10% pauses, goes up to 37%, then back to 34% and then gets a banner saying Try Again across the screen. Actually had TSB19 still on my phone so I tried it, same thing.
