Game Crashing After 5.8 For Anyone Else?

As if this experience wasn’t painful enough for us that won’t spend hundreds of dollars and are still silver, now the game has crashed on me three times after beating 5.8.
This happening to anyone else? Yeah, I emailed CS but all they will tell me is to check my WiFi or “tough $hit, you’re not VIP or a big spender”. Hoping I’m not alone in my current misery. Lol

Yes, we are aware of the game having crashing issues in the middle of WoH, but we can't compensate you for the gold you lost at this time. This is done on a case by case basis. - TSB Customer Service
