Not Receiving ANY All Star Boost in Video Achievement Rewards

The All Star 3% boost for cash rewards is not being credited in Video Achievement, even though the reward shows the boost. For example, the cash reward with 3% boost shows 5150, but only 5000 is actually credited. CS is clueless and says anything from it’s not supposed to be rewarded to a report to team will be forwarded. 🤷‍♂️
Just a Silver team from the wrong side of the tracks, so what do I know? 🤷

    As a follow up, I have confirmed that NONE of the Video Achievement rewards contain the relevant All Star boosts. Even though the rewards show the boost, only the default value is rewarded. Today’s pennants showed a 206 reward (6 boost), yet only the default 200 was actually rewarded. Now if only Customer Service AND the development team can read and understand screenshots, maybe this issue can be addressed properly.
