    It can be recovered you just need to hit the right CS agent. Keep sending in new tickets until you get one that wants to help. It’s a crapshoot unfortunately

    Look at CS the same way you open a mystery box with the pity timer. After 15 attempts you’ll be guaranteed to get an acceptable answer.
