This is another nice touch to add on to what they did with the Belli Cash Box. Like the idea of other chances at Mondesi or Lowe via this box.

Gotta give them credit when they're not telling you to check your wifi. Lol.

    300 gold for 5% chance at one of two guys is way different than 50k cash for 15% at one guy. I’m staying far away from these

    I'm in favour of this.
    I think it's cool they're giving you a RNG chance at earning someone.
    You want better than 5% chance? Beat WOH and you get Lowe at 100%.

    I'm open to almost any new idea. At least its something.

    That's all I was saying, bro lol ... Can't please em all though lol... Wasn't recommending spending your entire bank on the box haha... Gotta love this place.

    Yeah, I took a few shots at that box, since both would be upgrades for me.  Not a good value-play, but worth a dice-roll, or two.

    I like the idea, I have 1500 gold to spend to the next Fan Reward tier, but neither Lowe or Modesi are upgrades for me.  Hope they keep this up and hope we see a new cash box this weekend.

    I have Lowe capped at d10 from walk off and had Mondesi at d7, so I bought 10 boxes. In those 10 boxes, I repulled Lowe which earned me almost 18k bxp, and I got a Mondesi repull which saved/earned me bxp. Not a bad box if you're in a similar situation as me 🤷‍♂️

    Agree. I didnt have bxp to blow on Mondesi, but had gold. Pulled him 4x from the box & now he's D10 and useful beyond the end of this event.

    XP over FC is the only problem I have with the box. I wouldn’t mind dropping gold to get a little XP. But gold for FC...no bueno. 😂

    I’m 22,000 gold in and haven’t landed either of the guys I wanted this week.  I’m furious right now

    I didn't spend this week really... Got Calhoun from free boxes twice and had April Rizzo already. I agree it might not be worth for two guys, who I'm sure at diamond level, would mean little to your teams.

    I've been using OPS McMahon at 2nd base but that's the only place I need an upgrade. Hopefully we see bigger and better names and specials soon.

    The pisser of it @JTPASTOR is that’s now the third time this year I’ve been able to tell a similar story.  The boxes this year are rigged.  They’ve gone to casino models with their box odds.  Even knowing it, I still can’t stop chasing.

    Agreed. Casino is a great description. I chased the Santana a while back and the Torres from this past weekend. I probably won’t buy another 250 box again. Just seems rigged. 😂

    I pulled Moose 3x in the 8 boxes I bought (counting the 3 Fan Rewards boxes) plus Lester.  That was all I wanted.  Hope this weekend is good boxes.

    That's the theory.  It's also why we see spurts where they drop tons of gifts seemingly out of nowhere

    The idea/concept is ok. The problem is that unless these players make an improvement to your roster, it’s kind of a waste. Realistically, if you’re a diamond player, you would’ve cycle capped the woh guy, and would’ve smashed tourneys to get the tourney guy. I did 2 years at diamond, and will likely send one of my alternate accounts there too, but if you’re just jumping tiers because you think you need to do it to win, then you will learn the hard way. Diamond life requires a TON of time and strategy.  
    Back to the boxes...they were released 1 day after the the event started, and 12 hours before they became useless. Think about it that way. They’re bottom of the curve players that don’t belong on a gold or below team. Even if they made your roster, you are gold or below and can’t win bonus games to prosper in club points.

    I would say for a majority that box wasnt super ideal.   Neither player is a game changer and in terms of yesterday's event neither was involved in a big set.    However a situation like @retirepujols mentioned, a diamond repull is pretty huge value.
