Has anyone seen or heard of before the pitcher throws the ball, they moved there arm as if throwing a lasso, for an indeterminate amt of time?

    Only in cvc have I seen it. Both versions of cvc.

    If you can get a video posted, it would be easier for me to present to the devs.  Otherwise it would be chalked up as a hardware issue.
