I’m sick of being ripped by CS telling us they can’t help us when we win an event and was members before the event started. We didn’t get our rewards then Customer service won’t help us even when we’re in the right. About to boycott all spending or leave. Sick of being treated like we don’t matter.

Rewards for eligible winners is coded in. There's almost zero case for that to be wrong, but again, we can look into it and if you want an answer that isn't canned, we can provide it.
