As good as it looks, my main peeve with any sort of sandwich is being able to keep it together. That looks like a guaranteed mess.
Yep. Hand-cut fries. It wasn't too bad, but yeah, a little messy. Not nearly as unwieldy as the Ranger Burger I posted near the beginning of the this thread.
Edit: Actually, I think the Ranger Burger may have been in the '19 version of this thread. 4. 1/4lb patties, and all the fixin's...
These tumultuous and uncertain times demand some properly smoked meat. I present to you 12 pounds of perfection. I used primarily hickory, but added a wee bit of apple wood just for fun. No balsamic vinegar was used...don't judge me.
I would like to clairify that taking a knee in no way endorses anything other to going to the back of..wait it says the sammich isn't as impor..no cant say that either. the main portion pales (oh no) I guess what Im trying to say is white bread is..no no ...ok the sammich I ate 2nd. there thats mostly safe.
You could hardly tell because of all the Hawaiian fusion toppings they put on it, but these are Kalua Pork Tater Tots with a side of creamy wasabi sauce... that I couldn't pour out of its container properly.

.....okay, my wife has the day off now. 😁
Hard to believe i'm only 196lbs...
Of course this might be the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.
On a related note, I have missed my hole-in-the-wall burger joints for the last 3 months. Social distancing can suck it.

Instead of playing this weekend, Food Porn, Pie5 again
Sloppy Made but damn fine when you have that much meat...salami, bologna, ham, turkey swiss, Mustard with Captain Sorensons 3 Pepper sauce.
