    Really makes you wonder if anyone at Glu ever actually dealt with a customer.
    I'm confused by what you mean by 5.7 and 5.8.  You mean the round and level?

    The term "customer service" is an oxymoron, here.  See the following entry from, what I can only presume, is the New Employee Manual.

    GLU GLOSSARY
    CUSTOMER - person (aka: sucker, mark, target, etc.) who gives you money

    SERVICE - the means by which you collect (i.e. swindle, rob, obtain by questionable means, etc.) said money

    To me, this is Glu saying they are raising the price of boxes moving forward after this event. Such assholes.
