I need a new phone

That's what CS told me about the video loading issue.  iPhone 7+, game is taking up about 800 Mb of memory, I have 8 GB free memory on the phone.  Windering if deleting the app and reinstalling it will help. I've already tried the "offload app" method but that hasn't helped.  CS advised against an uninstall, but I'm thinking that might be best way to go.

    Maybe give it a shot. I did and it went from occupying 1.9 Gb to around 300 Mb. Game runs a bit smoother now.

    I didn't have a video loading issue though so I'm not sure if it would help you or not

    I strongly support guest deleting the app too!  Only I wouldn’t reinstall! 😂😂
    I'm confused by what you mean by 5.7 and 5.8.  You mean the round and level?
