POTW Players max overall not reducing??

I have seen a bunch of POTW players not having their max overalls being reduced upon conclusion of the supposed time period. Anyone else experiencing this?

your team is garbage, trash, crapola, doo doo, horse pie, stanky brown liquid - shall I go on? There is a host of BXP players out there now, many of which are sitting on my inactives better than POTW.
Never forget. @trojanman999 is a joke.
This season I haven't seen the point because the appeal is that a very good player would win PotW multiple times and would be boosted again. When they're just making them up there's no real chance of that mechanic happening along with them starting it too late, my team had already fleshed out to the point where I wouldn't even consider holding onto them.
