Field Pass not working

I bought a Field Pass but I'm not seeing the levelling discount nor receiving the milestone rewards. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

    like an idiot I purchased Field Pass a 2nd time and now I see the leveling discount.

    I had the exact thing last weekend @GoExpos1994. Never got a refund or a working field pass so I basicallygave glu my $$$ for nothing. You out there leopard?!? FIX THIS

    Joey, I assume they can't charge you twice for the same thing.

    And now my problem is that I levelled 4 players before noticing is wasn't working...
