Google policy states it is on the developer. Glu policy is no refunds. At least that is what I was told two weeks ago when I had 0 perks of field pass.

That's only half the problem. I spent 70% of my gold bank chasing players because I knew i was buying FP. Getting the FP refunded does me no good if I don't also get all the resources I spent acquiring those players returned as well. They're part and parcel.

An attorney would have to explain to me how a company can have a "no refund" policy for services not rendered. That seems........illegal.....
