Field Pass Leveling Discount Not Being Given 7/10

I purchased the big field pass today and spent 50k prime XP. 75k XP and 800k blue cash only to realize the leveling discount wasn’t being applied (see screenshot and time). I’m guessing I’m not the only one. I sure didn’t get what I paid for — I want my money back or the resources I spent back. Please look into this.
