I have encountered this problem more often in TSB20 compared to TSB19. Especially when I post high scores in Target Bash/CVC the app hangs up, therefore my score does not get registered. I looked and found the reason TSB'19 app=353 MB vs TSB'20 app=4.02 GB. App size is nearly 12 times the size it was in TSB19 creating the lag & freezing a lot of us are facing due to the toll on phone memory.

My app data is over 5GB now and the game has become almost unplayable with all of the hangs and delays.
I'm hesitant because before confirming the delete I get a message saying all will be lost.
I am backed up by email. But will that will needed ?

My Data went from 5GB to 400 MB. The performance is much better and the hangs much less frequent.

They FINALLY replied to my inquiries this weekend. They asked for screenshots. I sent them. I had info that accounted for at least 1K in gold not awarded.

Yeah I was like that for a while. I shared another really crappy "assistance" experience with 2019.
Sucks that they ask you for help, you take the time to provide it, then they basically tell you "yeah, we effed you, tough crap".
So now, I send those effers EVERY issue. Eff it. I take screenshots of every major event win in case the game crashes. When the game crashes, I immediately send CS the info. Don't care anymore. They need to know. One weekend alone I sent them 7 examples in a few hours. I was livid that day but I kept the information very clean and respectable. Same thing "we are sorry, but too bad"
