Opened the container with the leftover pulled pork, and had a flashback to old school Mortal Kombat.

Went with havarti this time (1 slice on top, 1 on bottom).

There are people who only exist on this planet because of the grace bestowed on me by Mountain Dew...

I don't know.  Maybe this thread was treated like a movie on TBS.  You know, "edited for content, and to run in the time allotted".

I don't see any obvious omissions, but maybe our corporate overlords decided we were having too much fun...

The Smokehouse Burger from Chuck's Southern Comfort just outside of Chicago. 1/2 pound burger with cheddar cheese. Topped with house-made bacon, smoked brisket, pulled pork, Kansas City style BBQ sauce and onion rings. For sides I went with cole slaw and mashed taters with cajun gravy. It put up a fight but I took it down.

@JEDDDOGGY: No way in hell there would have been leftovers at my crib. You could have had two like that and we would wipe it out.

I made 3 racks. There were 4 of us and we finished off 2 plus sides. It was damn good!

    It's been a while since I've contributed.

Fried bone-in tilapia and a bowl of pho with rare steak slices to cook itself in the broth.

Tasted even better after a 4-mile run (I only jogged for 3).

Normally I have salad, but I freed up that issue by putting lettuce on my burger. Butcher had pork belly on hand, so it seemed fitting
