1/2 lb. post cook weight of our cow. White cheddar Mac. There is bacon. Jalapeños, bbq sauce, ketchup pickles and a Leinenkugels orange shandy to boot.

Nothing in life is as beautiful as the Balsamic thread.
I told our vendor at my old job, please restock this machine with the dew or we will have a workplace tragedy on our hands, his reply? "Like a workplace shooter" I said no..an I/t guy with the ability to shut this whole fu**g place down...you don't want that on your hands do you?
The Smokehouse Burger from Chuck's Southern Comfort just outside of Chicago. 1/2 pound burger with cheddar cheese. Topped with house-made bacon, smoked brisket, pulled pork, Kansas City style BBQ sauce and onion rings. For sides I went with cole slaw and mashed taters with cajun gravy. It put up a fight but I took it down.
@JEDDDOGGY: No way in hell there would have been leftovers at my crib. You could have had two like that and we would wipe it out.

triple Decker european, green olives, kraut, mustard and cold cuts..
yes this is blatant attempt to bump a fun discussion above the echo chamber posts.
Only about 90 mins in. Will have to post finished product later. Never tried the rack before so will have to see what the difference is.
Almost forgot to share the end result here. These ended up pretty good, have leftovers!

Fried bone-in tilapia and a bowl of pho with rare steak slices to cook itself in the broth.
Tasted even better after a 4-mile run (I only jogged for 3).
