Why was I suspended

Can someone please explain why I was suspended? I logon at work everything is fine. I got home turned on my iPad and get suspended. Why why why?

    I tried switching between devices on my account awhile back and lost my account. Had to have support get me back into my account. They said tsb was only allowed to be used on one device.
