Customer service giving bad information

I was told by customer service they can return two players that was automatically traded in. I made room on my roster by trading in players.  Then customer service came back with “sorry I gave you wrong information.” So now I’m out of my pulled players and my traded in players. Cmon guys get it together.

    Let us know what they tell you when they refuse to fix it, despite giving you wrong information.  Those are always fun.

    Even if it's the newest, most top of the line phone with all the space in the world, you still need to upgrade.  Not enough RAM...ing from glu.
