Field Pass Issue again

Just purchased the field pass and got payment failed but google plays shows payment.  restarted phone and then purchased completed and got gold and boxes.  not seeing any other benefits (autoplay, milestones or player leveling discounts) from field pass.  can you help?  team name is rashad911.  This is the second time it has happen this month... could I be doing something wrong?  any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

    Just send a ticket into CS, they’ll fix it. Be nice, and they’ll toss in 500gold extra. Happens all of the time

    I'm confused by what you mean by 5.7 and 5.8.  You mean the round and level?

    Weed. Outdoor stuff. But I get 500 gold every time I have this issue with FP
