New phone, can't access my team...

Upgraded my phone and transferred my apps to new one.  After confirming app worked on new device, I've uninstalled on old device and factory reset it for my son.  Now the app on my new device is coming up with a message saying "login from this device is not available. please continue use of game on the original device. If you have any questions, please contact support.  I've done just that a few times and in the conversation area, it keeps listing 'conversation closed' shortly after submitting a request for help.  Is there anyone from Glu in here that can assist??  I run an active club and the other members are wondering how long till I'll be back....
