Trade In Help

Just need a little help on understanding when to trade in players, when to not? Only been playing a few weeks. I glanced through for forum and didn't see anything. Any help would be much appreciated.

    There are different approaches but for me I keep no extras for each position active  so if I get a player rated higher then I'll trade them

    I trade in players when they no longer have a role for me. If they're not starting in any specific game mode(EB, bash, woh, tourneys, etc.), I'll trade them in. I do make exceptions for guys I like, but that's the gist of it.
