Bonus game event yesterday 9/30

I contacted my vip customers service 3 times and got nothing so maybe her I get something. Got my free prime box and got Edwin prime player. Sweet. Love him. Lvl him up to gold lvl 1. Put him in my lineup to start cruching games and he is RESET TO LVL 1 BRONZE.  All my prime pxp gold money and evolution tokens wasted.   Soo now I couldn't even get to silver because of that and my points and club suffered. Really just want what I spend to get him to gold back so I can put it back on him for tonight's event

    If you haven't gotten correspondence yet, PM me.  I don't know how much I can be of help, but this definitely doesn't sound like something that should be happening.
